This full-scale styling model represents the “Good Monster”, an experimental SUV concept developed around an unconventional hatchback coupé architecture and a hydrogen-powered drivetrain.
Built on the platform of the Dakar Rally-winning Mitsubishi Pajero, the project combined the robust proportions of an off-road vehicle with a more sculptural and futuristic design language. A compact third volume was added at the rear to improve passenger and luggage space, while an additional rear door on the right side facilitated access to the second row.
The model is characterized by oversized 22-inch front and 23-inch rear wheels, glazed panels in the lower section of the doors to improve visibility, and a distinctive arrow-shaped roll bar and roof rack extending from the C-pillars over the glass roof.
As a styling model, it preserves the formal research behind a highly unconventional interpretation of the SUV, combining off-road architecture, alternative propulsion and experimental solutions for visibility, access and space.
