Accademia Lagostina's Atmosphère abandons the traditional moving lever and opts for an easy-to-use and highly reliable bayonet locking system. The mechanism and safety valves are protected by a removable machined polyester fairing that fits over the lid and meshes perfectly with the two heat-resistant plastic handles.
