An instrument commissioned to Giugiaro by Kodak Clinical Diagnostic Division, the division of Kodak that until 1994 dealt with medical diagnostic instruments based on image processing and analysis. The design was necessarily based on very binding technical constraints, but still sought to improve the ergonomics of the machine without sacrificing the aesthetic dimension.
